Club Greenwood
Covid was a significant disruptor for the fitness industry in 2020. Club Greenwood was one of many businesses that were forced to close its doors for months during the pandemic.
To adapt to changing conditions, keep the business running, and maintain the employment of nearly 300 workers, leadership knew they had to pivot.
Like many fitness professionals, Club Greenwood took its mission to the online space - helping members to stay healthy and keep moving during such an uncertain time. That’s where I came in.

The goal:
Develop solution to share over 50 weekly classes from various instructors while the Club was closed, and maintain relationships with at-risk members once the Club re-opened again.
The scope:
Build a landing page to encourage members to join the new program
Create a member login page - one that allows members to access resources easily with the membership they already had
Create pages to organize continuous content for over 50 classes per week from dozens of instructors
Set up streaming capabilities for in-studio instructors that allowed for high-quality video and audio experiences
UX and UI Design
To successfully design the new online program, it was important to think about the user’s journey. In this project, I designed a filter system so members could more easily find the classes, instructors, and difficulty level they were looking for. After many mock-ups, experiments, and collaborations with developers this is the finished result!
