Natalia Benson’s Membership Community: MWMM

Natalia Benson is a spiritual business strategist, money mentor, and intuitive astrologer. One of her offerings is Magical Women and Money the Membership (MWMM). This program empowers women to achieve financial freedom through a unique blend of spiritual guidance and practical money management strategies.

Natalia hired me to improve member engagement and retention through social media marketing, community connection within the membership, and email marketing.

Lead Generation for 1:1 Astrology + Tarot Readings:

  • Driving Conversions: Email marketing strategies were designed to drive qualified traffic to Natalia Benson's 1:1 Astrology + Tarot Reading landing page.

  • Measurable Success: Success would be measured by a significant increase in click-through rates to the landing page, ultimately leading to an increase in session bookings.

  • Building Brand Awareness: These email campaigns also served to strengthen brand awareness and cultivate deeper client relationships by providing valuable insights and nurturing trust with subscribers.

  • Click-through rate: 4.6% (above industry standard of success of 3%)

Manage private Instagram Community

Natalia’s membership (Magical Women and Money) has a private Instagram account for members only. I began managing this account and creating content for it in 2021.


 
 

When I am working on this account there are four main goals:

  • Member retention

  • Member engagement

  • Encouraged consistent use of the primary membership resource: the MWMM Kajabi Portal, where members access valuable content and educational materials created by Natalia

  • Invite members to attend live trainings on Zoom


To accomplish these goals,

I consider the types of content that will help members the most. This could be sharing educational information, providing journal prompts that encourage the member to go deeper, and posting consistent reminders for upcoming events.
